What does a HazMat ZONE membership entitle me to?
HazMat ZONE Members receive limited access to Chemical Hazard
Profiles, the MSDS Term Glossary, and specially selected HazMat
Tutorials. ZONE Members will be emailed by HazMat ZONE when new
information is added to the site.
What does a HazMat ZONE subscription entitle me to?
HazMat ZONE Subscribers receive online access to Genium's entire MSDS
Collection, Chemical Hazard Profiles, a Glossary of MSDS Terms,
HazMat Tutorials and other outstanding references and tools. Plus,
the ZONE emails Subscribers when new information is added HazMat
ZONE. ZONE Subscribers are also offered special discounts off the
normal list prices of products featured in HazMat ZONE's shopping
area.
How do I subscribe to HazMat ZONE?
To receive unrestricted access to HazMat ZONE, it is necessary to
either purchase Genium's MSDS Collection or purchase a subscription
to the HazMat ZONE. All purchasers of the Collection automatically
receive 6 motnhs FREE unrestricted access to the HazMat ZONE. Find out more about the MSDS

Are Multi-user Subscription Licenses available?
Yes. Multi-user licenses are available for Genium's MSDS
Collection. Anyone who orders a Multi-user license for the MSDS
Collection, automatically receives a Multi-user account for HazMat

How do I order the MSDS Collection and other HazMat ZONE products?
There are four convenient ways to order the MSDS Collection and other
HazMat ZONE products:
1) Online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering online at the HazMat
ZONE is quick, easy, and guaranteed safe. Click

2) By Phone Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
Time. Click

Collection you can print out and complete before making the call. Use
Genium's toll-free number, 1-877-284-1963 (for US callers only) or dial
518-842-4111 to place your order.
3) By Fax 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. The fax number for the HazMat

for the MSDS Collection you need to use (or replicate) when ordering via
fax.
4) By Regular Mail. Click here for
the order form to use should you
choose to mail in your order for the MSDS Collection. You will receive an
e-mail message from the HazMat ZONE confirming that your order has been
received and the access you've ordered has been activated. When mailing
in your order, payment by check or money order is also permitted. Your

How secure is online ordering? How can I be sure
my credit card number and personal information is secure if I order a
subscription or simulated exam, online?
The HazMat ZONE secure server utilizes SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) encryption which provides maximum data security when transmitting
data online. This technology prevents anyone listening in from
identifying and capturing your credit card number.
The HazMat ZONE guarantees that every credit card transaction made at
HazMat ZONE will be completely safe. If unauthorized charges are made to
your credit card as a result of your purchase at HazMat ZONE, you will pay
nothing.
Federal legislation known as the Fair Credit Billing Act mandates that the
Bank administering your Credit Card can not hold you liable for more than
$50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of
this $50.00, the publisher of the HazMat ZONE will cover the entire
liability for you, up to the maximum amount of $50.00, if and only if the
unauthorized use of your credit card resulted from purchases made at
HazMat ZONE, using the secure server, without any knowledge or fault on
the cardholders part.
If you suspect your credit card has been used by a third party without
your authorization, you must notify your credit card provider in
accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
